Any chicago area 8.5 rear end builders?

Looking to get an 8.5 put together. I'd provide all the parts, just need it assembled(axles, differential, etc.) I actually have two I would like built(2 cars). However, the ability to blast one of the rears of any rust and spray it would be a plus. It doesnt need to be powdercoated, but I'd just like the rust off and maybe some eastwood chassis black or something. Anyone? I'm just southwest of Chicago. Looking for someone who knows what they are doing, to set the bearing preload and backlash.
