Has anyone seen a gain from this?
I saw about.05 sec and nearly 1mph on my old LT1 6spd formula,
it was running low 13's.

Seems to me the $400 could be spent elsewhere for a substantial gain instead of a questionable .05 sec. increase?

cant say I saw a gain BUT we had a slight vibration in the car....had the stocker checked an rebalanced...still had a slight vibration so I threw in an aluminum one....cured it:)

Grumpy, exactly how many cars do you run the ATR aluminum shaft in?

I would have to agree with Nick. I invested in aluminum drive shaft before I was introduced to Nick who has a lot more experience that I will ever have. For the problems I had (clearance with drive shaft hoop and exhaust) I would have been much better off investing in other upgrades.

For the limited horsepower and torque I am seeing with my setup, I should have retained the stock drive shaft.
