6'6 here and I recline the seat back to help with head clearance. My car has manual seats.

I to would like to hear more on the fiero tracks

+3 on sliding back the sunshade on the astroroof w/ a helmet. 6.0' and manual driver side seat.

Mine GN is a solid roof car. But the sunroof in my G35 takes up several inches forget a helmet in that thing

Had the same problem. 6'5" and with a helmet on, I would rub a hole in the headliner and I wasn't comfortable leaning the seat way back. I took the stock manual seat track and cut 3/4" out of it and welded it back together for a 3/4" drop. Hope that helps........might be easier than locating a fiero seat track.

Hey 5' 4" here with power seats jacked up all the way and sagging headliner without any problems

I'm 6'6" & extremely good looking, My problem is I have three legs & one is much shorter than the other two ( joke ) My head doesn't hit the roof because I'm all legs. I was able to lengthen the seat track by about 2 " How I did that is if you look at the tracks you will notice two holes on the R/rear I used the forward hole as a guide & drilled the L/rear to match. That gave me my location & I welded some extensions to line up with the front attachment studs. I wish I would of taken some pictures of that. It made a difference & is much more comfortable.
