If it's 100% mint and it's a concourse restoration, maybe. If it's not 100% never installed or was only on a few hundred miles, I doubt it.

You might be able to gut the cat and sell it and the DP to someone in an emissions area. Odds are the trouble to ship it will outweigh whatever you can get for it.
