In a funny situation, signed up for school only to be strung along.......
Was wondering if there is any legal way to get owed money prorated
problem is had total of 5 classes out of 7.
First 3 classes were good teachers did what they were supposed to and 4th just bs'sd and took attendance and wrote bs on the board without even turning around once because looked like he was high on cocaine or something, didnt know jack**** and complained and still got advanced to the 5th class which made no sense stayed for bout 2-5 days and said the hell with this.
All in all the whole time there were drug dealers, convicted felons, cops doing drug searching, and actually assaults with blood and guts while I attended...
Now what I was wondering is there any legal way to get the finances lowered?
any and all advice would be greatly appreciated and if there is an attorney that thinks I have a case and is willing to work with me Im willing to talk.

screwin up school loan's  don't mess with them ... that credit "school" stuff follows you like you wouldn't believe .. you could kill people and it wouldn't matter when compared to school loan's as far as credit goes

Sounds like you need to talk to the Dean of the school. This situation isn't exactly the same, but it shows what a school can do about loans. I was about half way through school and submitted my paperwork for more loans to the school. Somehow they screwed up and didn't get my paperwork submitted in time. At the time I had a 3.9/4.0 gpa. I went in and talked to the dean about their mistake, and they had me submit paperwork for a merit scholarship, and wouldn't you know it, I got the scholarship that was exactly the amount I was supposed to get through loans. Worked out pretty good, I had to pay back about $3500 less than if they hadn't screwed up.

I have a couple of other stories about going into the Dean and forcing them to do what I wanted, but that's another story. Point is, you need to talk to the head of the school. A "for profit" school is all about getting the students in the doors. If there is a lot of negative press about the school, then nobody will go.

thank for the reply
grumpy and black6pack

I was just refer to someone that used to do federal aide and stuff for the government and she basically said its good I didnt make payments because of this situation and stopped attending thats the first phaset is to make my complaints to BBB..... and work from there I will see...
Im not saying I refuse to pay I know everyone needs to get paid regardless, but Im gonna try to get something reduced cause it was total bs.......
it was like paying to look at a crackhead take your attendance and then be locked in voluntarily with guys in a halfway house literally Ive never been so disapppointed and would not wish this kind of rape job on my foes..
anyhow I will post results whether good or bad.....
