Anybody ever use GRABIT screw extractor? Have a problem.....broken

I had a small bolt on my Mitsubishi for the bumper and it snapped like plastic. Anyhow, I purchased a GRABIT screw extractor and it snapped inside it. Does anyone know if there is a special bit that will go through it? It is hard metal and I'm in a bind here. Thanks all.

I got a set from them f-ing awsome they will drill right through the head of a hardened bolt
