Anybody remember a band called "Viper"?

I work with a guy that used to be in the band Viper and was wondering if anybody remembers them. From what I understand they opened for some of the big metal bands back in the day but never seemed to reach that top level. Oh yea, his stage name was Jackie Fox.

That's not them in the link. They were alive in the late '70's maybe? Not sure.

Found them! It's Vyper and his name was spelled Jacky Foxx. Anybody remember them?

Yep...Sure do..My brother used to take guitar lessons from the guy named Robbie Saint(not his real name)...Local KC band back in the early 80s...Think my brother still has one of their albums(know of one album, not sure if they made any more)...Album cover looked like snake skin, imagine that!!!

edit...Looking at that link, in the picture that is there, I think Bob is the second one on the left, if I remember right...I think his brother Tom still plays drums with a friend in his band...

Ha, before reading all the way down, I was thinking you were maybe meaning "Vyper".

I've got the LP mentioned above on vinyl, and a casette tape 6-song EP. Gonna have to go dig those out now. Been a long time since I've played either one. Not bad music, if you like that kind of stuff. I used to like it a lot. Will be interesting to listen to again.
