Anybody Running New M/t Radials

Hey guys anybody running the new m/t drag radials on there buicks and see an improvement at the track or on the street.

wow thats awsome i just bought a pair of 295/65/15 for my grand prix , waiting to go to the track on my slicks 1st then put the new radials on and if there's an improvement what tire pressure are you running i hear alot of guy's are around 18 to 22 psi . i can't wait to put these tires on.

That is a friends car and he was running 12-13psi on that pass.

I have 275/50/15s. Low 1.60s are normal if track is decent. That is with 20PSI in the tires.

2 weeks ago at ATCO I ran a handfull of low 1.5x 60's with 255-50-16 M/T Dr's

That was running 18psi...

I went back down last week,And ran low 1.5x on a 28" ET Drag....

I think the Drag Radials had more in them...But I didnt want to waste any runs putting them up in smoke...

The ET drags definately had more left in them....Was spending too much time between tire pressures,And how much boost to leave with....

For what its worth....I actually prefer the Drag Radials on the car,And There has ony been a .10 Difference in Et's between the 2...Even though the car did pick up 3mph on the top end on the 28" slicks.

Also,That is 1 cool azz car!!!I saw it last season at Englishtown,One of the Buick events...But I dont remember which...(Probably Buick-Mustang)..The Banshee Crew was lined up along the fence about mid track or so...Everytime I got a chance to get over there To say hello....Everyone seemed to vanish...(Was starting to wonder if I forgot to use my deoderant!!!)

I may try to make Atco This Tuesday again...I think a few other Magna guys are going to try to get there also..
Also,Buick-Mustang This sunday at Atco!!!!

I run 26 lbs in my Mickey DR's....275X60......1.5x 60's...10.60 on this past Sat

ET Drags net about .1 quicker 60' times

boy i'll tell ya i haven't heard anything bad about these tires , here or the pontiac forums .
