I have stock headers and the turbo I just took off and sols sat perfect,So I have to think the header os straight,
But the new turbo sits freaking crooked.
I slotted out the header and twisted it,But it still isnt straight.
It must be the ex housings???
A real pain in the ass

Ya but not with stock headers.

My Postons slant the compressor bell up to the point where I needed a 1/2" spacer to clear the FMIC up pipe. I could NEVER get a 4" compressor inlet with a 4" inlet pipe due to the slant.

Exhuast housing

.

Is it a precision housing? I just received a 6765 and will be installing it....also on stock headers, and will see if I have any issues.

I had the same problem last year, it turned out that the bolt holes on the turbine housing itself had been drilled wrong from the manufacturer. There was no way in getting the DP to line up. I sent it back and the next one fit just fine. Maybe give your vendor a call and explain. It sounds unlikley that the holes would be drilled just off a bit but it happened to me. Hope you get it working.
