I made a post in general discussion about this. I am feeling a vibration at ~2200 rpm when the vehicle is at operating temperature. It is not there, or at least not as apparent before the car gets up to temperature. The engine is balanced and runs smooth with the converter unbolted. The transmission is fresh and was built by Brian Hoffer (I'm pretty confident that the trans is blameless).
The converter is a vigilante multidisc. I sent it to precision to be restalled a couple years ago, but really just now got the project on the road. The vibration does not seem to be there when the converter is locked.
Any clues??
