Anyone have an extra turbo to DP gasket?

Im belt sanding mine right now. Then I will use the hi temp silicone. hard to believe this silicone will handle 40psi+

Boost and back pressure ratio is ideally 1:1 ......But that is hard to do. Im going to say mine is around 2:1, so that puts me around 40psi out the exhaust.... Give or take.

Are you talking about before the turbo??
if so before turbo i can see how the backpressure would be high but the location in question is after the turbo going into a DP.
if you had that much back pressure there it would due to a clogged cat or bananas in the tail pipe.
The choke point is the turbo it self after that it should be a free flowing exhaust system

Yes. Im talking pre turbo. I was thinking about it wrong. You are correct, the seal is post turbo restriction.

And that's how I reinstalled mine. Surprised how many don't. I don't think it leaks but never really tested it. Not really sure how I could without taking rockers off??
