Well my friends, I appreciate all the advice and the great stories. I will be printing this thread out to keep the ideas handy!
Anyhow my court date is July 14, so in the mean time I'll be heading to NY for a short vacation...:biggrin: 
By then my batteries will be refreshed to deal with the idiot. Again, thanks guys!
