Anyone know a good wiring person?

So my 86 took a shit on me last week. It seems to be a wiring issue. Under the dash looks like a ball of wiring mess and can't tell what's from what. Does anyone in the so cal area have someone they know that's good with electrical. Please let me.know, I would like to get the car back up and running asap.. thanks in advance

I have taken my car to Lou before for something else and he didn't want to work on it. So I figured he would want to work on it now..

I spoke to him on the phone the other day and he seemed extemely nice and passionate about these vehicles. I would be very happy to put money back into this community if it comes to it.
