anyone know fred ward?

just checking to see if anyone has any input on a gentleman named fred ward from ontario. he has some parts listed on the other turbobuick web site that im very interested in , at a fair price. ive talked to him on the phone a couple of times and he seems like a very nice trustworthy person but ive been taken more than once so im trying to do my homework this time. thanks for any help,jeff
