anyone know if i can download dictionary upgrades...

...for microsoft word? for my Medic Classes i type up all the my notes, and there is a lot of medical terms and drugs... and the comptuer dosent recongnize the terms and sometimes auto corrects them. and some of the terms that i 'add' to dictionary i am always wondering if i have them spelled right.

so, does anyone know if i can download updates for the microsoft word dictionary? mostly just medical terms and drug names
