Bout a month or so ago this guy listed a ton of stuff for sale on gnttype........ I responded.........guy seemed straight forward. Told me of faults of pieces I was inquiring about...........price was fair. Deal was made. Sent em a postal money order........... just under $100 . Haven't heard anything........no reply to emails.......nuthin. Had checked the good guy/bad guy list and he wasn't listed...... after a few weeks, curiosity growing, checked his email here and found some posts. The story of a guy on the recovery...........trying to get his life back togehter...........fly straight...........used to be a moderator here. I truly hope my suspiscions are premature but as time passes my doubts grow.

There was a huge thread on this guy a year or so ago that I started with the exact same subject. Seems he is good for saying he will do something and then never returns your email. Seems he screwed many many tb.com members here.

kenny posted under the same names at oldspower.com. i confronted him about having 3 active accts on the site because a user brought it to my attention. he came up with some reasons why that was and i let it slide (doh!). it was after this that he screwed two users over.

If you have any doubts about a seller, always pay with a USPS money order. If the seller doesn't deliver, the Post Office will pursue the fraud. It helped me get a item from a scammer once.

I had payed thru a postal moneyorder, still have receipt and stub. Considering trying to find everyone I can who may have at least recently been scammed by him and pursuing it as a group. Seems that may get more of a result than one sole person.

This dork lives in the same town I live in, I was going back and forth about buying a Q-Jet from him for my 4.1. Even had a conversation on his cell phone with him that mysteriosly got cut off when I started talking about coming over and checking out the carb. Haven't heard from him since.

Pls see my post regarding Ken under "Self Exile" on Turbo Lounge. I've lost quite a bit more $$$s to this guy. Maybe it's time to "go Bowen" on him and let the proper legal authorities help him get his life back in order. E-mails and letters go unanswered; I have no phone number.

I'm all for anything to get this dirtbag..........unfortunately with my work schedule and everything else to this point I've been unable to pursue the matter. I believe one guy on here says he has his cell # and lived right by him. Undoubtedly turned off my now.

I can't find his cell number, I was in the middle of a conversation with him and when we got to my coming over to check out a Q-Jet he had the phone cut off. Wether it was him or the phone Co. I don't know. I AM going to take a swing by his address later in the week and see what's in his driveway if I can. I'm just glad that I didn't lose any money to this dirt bag.
