Anyone know what these parts are? Value?

I have these two parts...I bought them in a lot of parts. They are for a 86-87 GN. I have a 85 so dont need them. One is some sort of sprocket..Its looks brand new with the package marked GM 381263...The other looks like a piece of the fuel rail which also looks brand new. Can anyone tell me what they are and about what they are worth? If anyone is interested in buying them let me know.

Cam gear in 1st pic, don't know what it fits.

2nd pic is of a V-8 A.I.R. tube. Air Injection Reaction?, in other words air tube for smog pump, probably small block Chevy, 80's vintage.
