My mother-in-law passed away in Dec 07 and we have been trying to sell her house. Of course, the market in FL sucks and her house which started out at 119K is now down to 89K! Just looking to unload it at this point.

2 bedroom, 1 full bath in the house and 1 full bath with shower off the attached 2 car garage. Really doesn't need much, house has been empty since June 07. Decent neighborhood, close to US 19 but far enough away too!

If anyone is interested just email me at mhueffman@snet.net Thanks!

Why don't you sell CT & get away from the cold weather & crappy job.

Seems like you would have no Mortage if you move there.. Bet you can find same line o work down there??

Try $$4700 in new Hampshire & my house is a middle of the road crapper.
MFUKKERS they spend 80 million tax on our school system for drop outs!
a total of 140 million a year for our city.
the upside of new hampshire is no sales or income tax or bugs

Don't think your taxes would be $395. It will be alot more than that now plus you'd have to deal with about $3,000 a year for insurance with sinkhole coverage. That house is right around the corner from me.

Wow thats cheap. Highly tempting to get out of CA and I'm originally from Miami so its closer to home.

Wonder what the aviation job market looks like in that area.

Of course the property taxes are high, no sales or income tax. I'm glad we don't have to have sink hole insurance though.

Good luck with you sale. I'm glad my in-laws and mother are here. I wouldn't want to deal with a long distance house sale.

Family issues, want to stay as far away from my sister-in-law as possible. PLUS, I am not a big fan of FL. No offense to those of you who live there.:)

The crappy job isn't as crappy as before as I am now supervising just one employee and department vs 20 people and 3 departments. BUT, our CEO has been brought up on charges that he was taking money slated to run our nursing homes and starting up a country music record label with federal funds. Among many other questionable transactions.

So it looks like the entire operation will be up for sale. Been thru this before there. Last time, some corporate officers fled the country.

not a fan of sinkholes..thats a relief, I noticed you mentioned Nursing homes, My sister moved out to Mesquite NV and got a job in one (RN) she seen em beating down old people, reported it got fired and now shes blacklisted across the state, she got a bad deal there.

im not big on Central FL but the west side looks nice

Don't whistleblower laws protect employees from that?

3500 sq.ft. 2.5% of selling price and every year it goes up 1-2k. Im gonna be packing my bags soon... Most of it goes to the schools.
