Yeah pics are crappy but I don't feel like tearing the whole thing down. These have a steel insert just like the stock turbo ones on gnttype.

Strangely enough, except for the three notches on top and the 040 marking they look to be constructed exactly like the original stock pistons.

Here's my original stock. You can see the same steel reenforcement plates inside the piston.

I read that jaspers used a stock style piston. I found a tag on the drivers side of the block but can't read anything

I installed a Jasper engine in a fiends car and the crank was a na crank . Found out after be blew the engine up two weeks later. If my memory is correct that is the same style piston that was in his. Jasper screwed him around so we installed a junkyard engine in it. Be nice to find these in the junkyard today.
