I am looking at buying a Harley, thinking about a Road King, or Ultra Classic. Probably a touring bike though I love the v-rod;)

Still on the waiting list for the Road King at my local Harley Dealer. Waiting on the Road King Classic Black and Silver to match GN. Gee we are both on the same page with a TTA and A Harley. :D

Had A Suzuki Katana 750 all done up. Been there done that. At 32 and Kids, just want to enjoy cruising.

Am I getting Old.  :D

Have you looked at the yamaha Roadstar??, very nice machine
IMHO, they are worth a look.

My Dad passed away this May and left me his Harley-D. It's either a '00 or '01, I'm not 100% sure. I'm headed up to PA in the next couple of weeks to go get it.

I test drove a 2003 Indain Chief with 100+ motor and loved it . I own a Fat Boy and it blows it away. I hate to say it. wish I would of bought the Indain. I had all I could do to hold on when I hit the throttle.

I've got a 56 Panhead with a sucide shifter that my stepdad gave me when he turned 60 with only one condition, I could never sell it. I've been soooooo busy with Turbo cars I have not had a chance to start restoring it. With my wife and I expecting our first child, I think I'll be starting a restoration for a couple more years. It is one HUGE bike. It took 3 people to put it on and take it off the trailer when I moved. One day it will look great with all the chrome and badges restored against the factory black paint.

Here's Mine, at the car show, right after it was built...still looks just as good today!

4" stretch, all the gold is actual GOLD, .030" over 4.625" stroker, Andrews gears, Sifton cams, Karata belt primary...

it'll scramble eggs right in their shells! :D

(PS, the bike in the background is the "Barbary Ghost", it's been in Easyriders a few times--MY gold plating was the reason IT got done in gold too...AND, I made the stencils for the lettering on the tank!) :)

Well I got my Road King Classic yesterday and drove all day. What a bike. 2003 Black and Silver to match GN. ;)

DAMN JERSEY......................

PUTTIN MILES ON YOUR RIDE AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MINE TO ARRIVE AT DOERFLERS (DEALER)...................WHICH ARM ARE YOU PUTTING THE HARLEY "LOGO" ON? CMON, DONT TELL ME THAT YOU WERENT THINKIN ABOUT IT, I KNOW YA WERE;)

THE BUICKMONSTER IS FED, BUT...

No bike this year...after feeding the ravenous "Buick MoneyMonster", we're tapped on toys for this year!

Our next "big" purchase, God Willing, will be a JD 4200-series w/FEL & BH.

(Luckily, we've got a friend in the midwest looking out for us...right?)

That's just a tiny machine within the JD line-up, but still a mega-purchase for us.

(And my JD tatt is on my rippling right deltoid!)

Hope you & your family are having an excellent week-end! :) :) :)

Two Lane

Hey fella GREAT to see ya post,,missed ya for the last few weeks. Old Nj and I have been lonely without your wisdom to keep us towing a straight line;) .

See what happens, you arent here for several weeks and we both go bonkers and buy Harleys:D

I see you caught my tatoo comment to old Jersey;)

Let me know when you want a $ on that 4200, I will fire it off to you. At least tell you what would be a fair price for you to pay, and would be happy to just help with that if you tell me what you want.

Over and Out
Ty
