Anyone run Eibach springs with 275 50 15

I wanted to see if anybody on here has run the Eibach lowering springs with the 275 50 15 tires, I plan to put 15x8 rims in the rear, the only BS available would be either a 3.5 or a 4.5, any input or suggestions would be appreciated.

Backspace...

I'd go with the 4.5" backspace and use a spacer to adjust your clearance to frame rail, It would give you more of a tucked in look. It seems that 4" is the optimum backspace with no rubbing...John
