Is anyone out there running the 325/50/15 drag radial on their Buick?

If so, what wheel size & backspacing?

How is the fender & frame clearance?

I need to order a set of drag radials ASAP.

Banning, I will be running that size drag radials on Weld Pro Stars (15x10 with 5.5" B.S.). Ted Hirdst (Epitome) stated he is running them under the wells. That is with a notched and rolled lips.

You need a frame notch unless you want your car to look ugly and have the tires stick out.

Thanks Artie. You have a 1/2" more backspacing than I (5" on a 15x10).

I'm thinking with the wheels and frame notch on my car now the 325/50's with be about dead even with the fender lip. Hopefully not any more... I'd hate to have them extend further, that would look like sh!t.

The tires came in and are on the car now.

Everythig fits PERFECT!!

-325/50/15 MT Drag Radials.
- 15x10 Centerlines with 5" backspacing.
- Aluminum drums.
- Frame notched back to "the seam".
- NO mini tubs or any cutting (just masaging with hammer :) ).
- Fender lips cut & 10psi in airbags.

See pictures here: http://www.banningcohen.com/buick/wheels

Hope that helps anyone who is considering the same.

will they clear the fenders without the 10 lbs in the bags?

My rear springs sag a bit. If I had fresh ones on the car, perhaps.
