I need pics of any one with the SMC dual nozzle kit. A friend took mine apart. And we cant get it back together. WE have one piece missing from the equation. IF anyone could PLEASE take a few pics so I can see how the hoses and fitting go together I will forever be in your debt. Please I just needs a few pics. PLEASE someone help me.

Have you drilled the two holes? If not why a second nozzle?

Basically my understanding is there is a brass "T" that goes to one nozzle, and another line that comes off the "T" that goes to the other. The other line loops under the up-pipe.

Give Steve at SMC a call to see if he may have a diagram or something else to send you via email on how the fittings interconnect.

On the dual nozzles I make, I use a "Y" adapter -4 from NOS and branch my two nozzles off of that.

Razor, would your dual nozzles hook up to an SMC kit? If so, how much would a set of these shipped be?

Well you would need the "Y" adapter, thats 30.00. Then two sections of hose. Would need to know their lengths.. and the hose going from the tank to the "Y".

So 3 hoses + the Y adapter aprox 75.00.

Heres the real question, is your system at pump speed 10 and not supplying enough alky with an M15 nozzle? Is the pump pressure at least 75 PSI at pump speed 10? If the above two questions are yes, then the second nozzle will deliver additional volume.

What gets me is those that get the dual nozzle and run theyre kits at pump speed 5-6.. Why??? Hope you get my point.

Alcohol is about volume. Given a set pressure there is only so much volume one can flow. At that point only way to increase volume is increase orfice(extra nozzle) or increase pressure.

Hence why I run single nozzles on my kits more than typically. Becuase I can get 150 PSI out of the pump. If I could only get 75.. I would be doing a lot more dual nozzle setups.

Dont do something unless needed. That is rule of simplicity :D

So, is the size of an SMC nozzle M15? If so what would be a better size to go with? I know there is a point where atomization is compromised for flow so where is that point? I'd rather just run a single nozzle because I already have the hole in the back of the up-pipe and one on the side would be more visible and provoke more questions. What is the biggest size you would recommend, do you sell it, and how much is it? I assume your nozzles interchange with an SMC nozzle, or not? Thanks for the help you've given me so far.
