I'm not happy with my 2-3 shift, feels like the band is not fully disengaged when the shift occurs. WOT the shifts are firm and quick but cruising around light load its clunky.
I recently installed a 9.5 3600 stall and put my sonnax servo back in to firm it up when the 12 inch came out. It wasn't as noticeable with the BRF servo but it was still there ( the looser stall eased the problem with the BRF servo but I did not like the WOT shift) . I double checked the servo clearance its loose if anything.
I have the cushion spring installed. Should I look for a heavier return spring for the servo or is this a valve body issue I need to correct?
I have a CK separator plate that I will be installing anything else I should do that might help while I'm in there?
