Are 75lb injectors too big for a street car

Kind of up in the air here,have 55's inj, modded ecm,and the following mods
Champion iron heads
Champion ported intake
TE 63 turbo(I think)
214 cam
J/E pistons
55# injectors
modified ECM
ATR stainless headers
ATR stainless downpipe
ATR stainless dual exhaust
200r4 built by Mike Curtz
Art Carr 4200 converter
Moser axles
Auburn posi
3.90 gears
Precision front mount
Double pumper in tank
This car is All street car,never will be on a track anytime soon..:(

Asphalt, the 72's and a new hood seal and you are good to go!!;)

I run 95's and pass smog w/ them....:cool: :cool:
 
75's are a little trickier than 72's to get the idle mixture right but Eric (link in sig) has got them covered as far as chips go

I know when I started using 75's I had a hard time finding someone who would do a chip for them and I had problems with some that did till I started dealing with Eric and he got me strait
 
Don't waste time on a chip. Get a Max-Effort 16 position and be done. My 83's are better than stock... Love the setup!
 
injectors

How much fuel do you guys want to flow through that spindly little 0.375 line? At least go to a bigger size.As far as injector size is concerned, 009s will get you into the 10s. Are you guys out of that league?

I never thought of it that way. So a 75# injector is like a 16 incher,huh? Better find a horse with that schlong! Properly chosen parts go fast, that's all there is to it. If you don't have the right configuration, why do it?
