Are Gn valve cover compatible with a 4.3 chevy?

I was just trying to find out if the buick gn valve cover would be able to fit on a chevy 4.3?

No. Not even close.

they are totally different engine designs. nothing interchanges, except maybe the spark plugs and a few random fasteners.

bolt location on the gn cover are wrong for the 4.3. maby the tta cover will work for the 89 and up 4.3 heads

nope- still totally different.
the 4.3 is a 350 Chev with a middle cylinder missing on each side.

I think the exhaust header bolts line up. i bought a set of headman headers for a na 3.8 buick and they said they also fit the chevy v6s.

nope again-

Buick exhaust gaskets for an 87 GN, which are the same for any 231 or 3.8 made before 89 or so:

Chev 4.3 exhaust gaskets for a 91 GMC Syclone, which is the same for every 4.3 Chevy ever built:

the Chevy gaskets are separate pieces for each port, but you can see how the bolts are arranged differently.
they are two entirely different engine families.
