Are Jay Carter chips adjustable?

I know Turbo Tweak chips allow you to retard/advance timing and fuel curves.....can the same be done with a Jay Carter street chip?

I did an adjustable fuel chip about 10 years ago. It was way too much work trying to support it. I dont have any interest in doing it again.

Thanx Jay, I happen to have one of your chips in my car...according to Richie Kibler, one of the former owners of my car. The chip came with the car when I bought it, but wasn't sure if it had the same adjustments as the Turbo Tweak chips.
