I miss my North Stars, we got a new team the Wild but I just don't care about them. Had they kept the name North Stars they would still be my favorite Minnesota sports team. Feel bad for their fans.

We use to ride our bikes (bicycles) around the rink and down the steps while attending double headers, camping overnight at the old Twins stadium.
We move to Colorado in time for the Avalanche to win the Stanley Cup, but since moving back to north central Iowa, MEH!

My son lives in Des Moines and goes to some of the Wild farm team games. I have only been to one Wild game but went to a Stars game every year from when I was little till they left.

The asshole that owned, and ran the team into the ground, for the last 5 years paid 300 million for them and sold them for 1.2 BILLION.

Now he's trying to move the minor league team from Tucson to Phoenix.

I wish he'd get hit by a bus. Or two...
