ARP head stud question

does anyone know the correct length of the short studs in an ARP head stud kit for a 109 block with stock ported iron heads? i ordered their p/n 123-4003 and the short studs are not long enough to work. it has me wondering if there was an error in packaging or something else going on. any help, thoughts or insight would be appreciated.

those who maybe interested here's the break down of the lengths on the ARP stud kit #123-4003 .

16 pieces total :

4 x 4 3/4"

8 x 3 3/4"

4 x 4 1/4"

thanks very much for your reply. the 8 short studs in the kit i received are only 3 inches long and won't work. after posting this thread, i read some other related threads about problems with ARP not packaging the correct items in all of their kits.
