Art Carr 14031? Stall rating ???

Hey guys have searched all over for the answer to this one. Im currently rebuilding the motor on my TType. Upon pulling the motor i found that it had a 9in converter.

Its a Art Carr LU unit,(per catalog) but there is no mention of a stall rating .....can anyone help ?
