If I remember correctly- no bracket for the switch- just a metal frame to reinforce the hole where the switch pops into the headliner.
One screw hole for the ground wire on the body.

There are two seal for the roof and you can get them aftermarket. One seal goes on the glass its self, and one seal goes around the whole sunroof module and seals it to the roof. I just bought a seal kit for mine from Napa. Fits pretty good.

Interesting. what is the napa part # you got for this? I was wondering if there was something around the inside of the roof though as well. sounds like maybe it's just metal there with the seal on the sunroof glass just seating up against the metal. Would you mine just looking at the inside of your roof and doublechecking for me?????? Or even a pic would be nice.....Thx!

#30 is the frame that folds around the hole. #28 I don't recall in my case.
The motor was dead so perhaps someone had poked around already.

thanks for these pics, yes they helped a lot! I've looked everywhere for pics! Looks like the under side of the roof has no other seal and just seals to the rubber around the sunroof glass. My sunroof had been permanently sealed with black RTV and it's hard to tell if there was another piece of seal just on the roof. Like a really thin piece that went around the edge of the roof opening. I wish I could just see one in person to verify what I am thinking..........thanks again for the great pics!
