Astroroof Shade Out Of Track

I recently had a new headliner and shade cover put in my 1987 WE4. The headliner looks great but the installer could not figure out how to get the shade back in it's track so now it slides laterally and is difficult to open. How do I get the shade back in the track? Does the headliner have to come back out? Does the glass have to be removed?

No one out there can recommend how to get the astroroof shade back in it's track?

there are two plastic pieces that attach to the side of the shade. If he didnt reattach them or they are cracked...which happens all the time they are falling out of the track. I hate to tell you but the pan needs dropped back down again.
