ATI Super Dampers

Can you use a ATI Super Damper and how do you put a interupter ring on one? Its brand new and the guy a got it from uses them on his stage 2 without a crank trigger (Dist)
Does ATI make one ready to run or sell the parts to convert this one?

I run a BHJ damper and the ring is an option.
I think when I was ordering it they said they sell the ring alone if you need it. Looks like an easy install.
