ATR 3" ss ext. gate downpipe cheap

i have an external gate ATR stainless 3" downpipe for sale. the previous owner painted or coated it with a black coating, but it is not magnetic (stainless) and would clean up nice. no cracks, includes the wastegate but has a bad diaphragm. new ones are available from vendors for 40ish iirc. d/p only, no test pipe. 160 shipped or 140 picked up in northern mass/boston area. 978 580 4596
