ATR charcoal canister relocation kit

Preferring not to mount it to the frame rail, so I need this kit.

Why don't you wanna put it on the frame?

It sits pretty tight to the steering box, plus it looks as though there is some type of drain on the bottom of it. And with not much breathing room on the frame, I'm worried over time, it might cause rust. I think it would look cleaner out of sight.
