I know this has been asked a million times but......I have an ATR Check valve on my car inline with the correct AC Delco PCV valve. I plan on putting a new PCV valve in this weekend. Should I keep the ATR CHeck valve inline with PCV or should I just use the PCV only? If I should keep it please could you give me reasons why? If I shouldnt keep it could you please give me reasons why? Thanks for your time and help!

The check valve is an insurance item: they are supposed to keep boost from entering the crankcase, something the PCV should be doing anyway. IMO they are not necessary unless you are running a ton of boost -- and then only as insurance.
