Not to change the subject or butt into your post, but would anyone happen to have a wireing harness for the ATR double pumper?

Yes ...be sure to use the internal snap rings on all three. There is a groove machined in the coupling just for this . The pulsator seals tend to want to push themselves out when the coupling is under pressure . :)

It's a real nice trick set up . But....for a hours worth of time/wire and some solder you can make your own for $50-$60. We don't all make "Painters money" us poor folk have to make our own . :D :)

for you guys interested in making your own harness check out the link . There is a little info on it . I started posting the whole DIY DP thing , but there where not to many locals interested . so I sort of gave up on posting. :) But there is a little info there that maybe helpfull to you . :)

All the Hobbs brand switches we carry are adjustable but they have a set range. They are factory pre-set at 4, 7 and 15 PSI. The new Hobbs switches we stock now have Delphi weatherproof connectors that plug right into them. These switches are 100% waterproof and industrial quality so they are perfect for the harsh engine environment. The Dwyer version uses an exposed micro-switch which IMO is not suited for automotive applications.

The poll I put up a few years ago indicated that most people did not mind spending an extra $50.00 for the added features.

Once the small qty of these deluxe harnesses are sold we will make some lower cost basic types w/o all the added features b/c people seem to be more concerned with the price these days.

Jack

I appreciate the response to my e-mail Jack...
I'll be in touch after the holidays.

So... they are seals from a stock pulsator? where does a guy get some of these? thanks in advance...

Jack what are you referring to on the Dwyer PS when you mention a "exposed micro-switch" ? The spade terminals ?

Washers Under Snap Ring

Hey KWIKR1,
You need to add a washer under each Snap ring so the rubber pulsator stay more secure. I took some photos of my New ATR double pumper that i have not installed yet. Hope this helps.
