Okay,
I am going to go out on a limb here. Are you running a turbo support bracket?

How old are these headers? They look like they have been running very lean! What is your combination? All this helps. Gene

I'll dig out some pics of mine but my ATR headers cracked at the seam of the PS #2 pipe to the collector and in both DS and PS side collectors. I had them welded up. We'll see how long they last.

Are the compression clamps the same as those used on Chrysler/Dodge?

I The usual location for cracking on ATR headers is near the heat affected zone of a weld. Your picture seems to show it right in the middle of the pipe.

I have the ATR Headers on my car right now and they haven't cracked yet anywhere. They are still somewhat shiny and are 304 Stainless Steel. Your headers have lost some of the metal like it burned away and this can cause cracks. Your Turbo is too large for the injector size, aT70 needs at least 72# injectors. This can cause a lean out and melt the header tubes. (over 1600* is present at the header tube) With my headers they were rewelded at all the seams and the X-over and haven't cracked yet. (they often run cherry red) I checked all the flanges before installing the headers and after welding and they fit perfect. So these are my own findings and experiences. Gene
