ATR intercooler question

Well a buddy of mine called and said he found something i would like, turns out its an ATR FMIC, minus piping but hes quite resourseful and said he would help me fabricate the pipes, he can weld like a pro for a case of beer, anyhow he wants 250$$ and he would assist me with fabricating all the piping which is REALLY important, Awesome price or just pass...it looks brand new and came off a junkyard gn, that was the only thing left on the car...yeah you talk about LUCKY..

Go for it aslong as you can make the pipes you could always sell it with the pipes for around $600.00 if looks good..

If it where mine

With the prices of front mounts. I would go for it. But only if this guy can make the the pipes.

Also you stated it was in great shape. Make sure.
Other wise I would go for it.

atr intercooler

i would change the necks on the intercooler from 2 inch to 2 1/2 necks, because the pipes are 2 1/2 pipes then you you save on silicone adaptors. I not changed mine yet,but looks easy. Pipes from atr are like $200.00 and some change. good luck.
