ATR mounting hardware for fiberglass front end?

hey I was watching horsepower tv on spike about two weeks ago and they were putting a fiberglass front end on a nova which is the same thing I am about to do to my regal. They mounted the front end on with products by a company called ATR, I haven't been able to find any contact info about them and I know that I would like to use thier stuff when I mount because it looked relatively easy. Does anyone know how I could get in contact with them? Or if anyone has any other recommendations they would be appreciated.
