Thanks in advance

As do costs $
I do understand that looking for 2 of these would set you back a mortgage payment

hmmm... $180 new. each.. Mortgage payment ?? You live in a storage shed ???

Nope, you misunderstood my reply Grumpy. I wasn’t referred to the ATR bars. HR bars are over $500 each. If you add in the US - Cdn $ exchange rate of +30%, then add shipping charges, plus 13% GST (Goods & Services Taxes for good coming into CANADA) x 2 = a mortgage payment as the cost would be over $675 each or $1,350 for the pair. Now that’s a mortgage payment (at least in my mind)

Damn that looks good and I thought about the HR bar but a good friend told me to try the ATR for my application and I am going to go that route. Worked all day stripping this scrap car and now out in the shop to work on mine. I am removing both front sway bars and going with the ATR, then back to the track to try it. I will get some ATR bars soon and I found them still made so that's a relief.

The HR roll bar and ATR sway bar are really different in the way they work. If you use the ATR bar for the drag strip you will still need to use air bags to get the suspension pre-load right and to prevent excessive body roll. The ATR bar only attaches to the control arms to keep the rear-end housing straight. The HR car connects to the frame of the car and not the rear control arms to prevent body roll which is better for a drag racing application.

I think I have an ATR bar and would sell it for $100. I am defintiely going to be at BG this year too.

Is this the 1 3/8 ATR bar and is it in good condition? If it is I will take it and can paypal you now and pick it up in BG. I am aware of the difference in the bar but want to try this first.
Thanks for the help.

I checked and I do have one. it's 1 3/8" ATR bar. I will bring it with me we are staying at the Hyatt. Just pay me when we meet up.

Chris
Thanks and I would prefer to pay up front. It is just the way I am. When you get a good deal ,you pay up front. Just send me your paypal and when I get to BG I can text you and hook up. Once again thank you.

I have 1 bar from Turbobuick confirmed so far and have not heard back from boodtjunkie so at this point I am still looking for another bar. Willing to pay pal up front and pick up in BG.
Thanks again
