where can i get spring's for a atr external wastegate?
all i can get is 16 pounds of boost

You should be able to get more by turning in the adjustment screw on top depending on how you have it plumbed and a $13 ebay manaul boost controller will allow you to get more boost also. Check for proper operation of the wastegate because there are few ATR external gates that are still working correctly. Most have either worn out the bushing or the diaphram is is bad shape. The diaphram went bad in mine and mine was very sluggish and would only go to 15 psi. Turned out the vlave was 1/3 open and never moved.
