My car does that now with the duals. Well, sort of. When I first fire it up, it idles up to around 1800 rpm or so, then slowly drops down to around 1000 to 900. But somewhere inbetween there as its going down it sounds like a jet engine howling like when they're shut off and the turbine slows down. Sounds kinda evil, I like it. :D

thats not drone

drone is that "ommmomomommmommmmomm" sound that gets inside your head when at steady cruise.. its not a whine or a whistle, its just a tone that drives you nuts

Exhaust systems also rot from the inside out, so don't assume that just because you live in a warm weather climate that your mild steel system will hold up.

The best scenario is stainless steel, warm weather and no short trips where the exhaust doesn't come up to temperature...

Well guys i agree with all of you they r both well known high performance product's although im sliding over to the duals atr's theres a little side of me that still want's the 3" single but most likely it wont happen, thanx for all your help guy's.:) GOTTA LOVE THA BOOS;)

TType84: That's what I mean. A low note howling sound. Not a whine or whistle. It sounds like blowing across the lip of a wine bottle.
