ATTN: Board ADMIN

Hopefully you can help me out here. I've sent 3 emails with no replies.
When going into usercp and trying to set up a custom avitar, I click on "edit options", "change avitar", I see use avitar but the no button is selected and I can't seem to "unselect" it so that I can upload my own avitar/s.

BTW, clicking the "reset fields" button has no affect either.

I had to have a mod set mine, if that helps

BTW the "no" button is still checked, and I can't uncheck it.
