Hey firebird 350, nice looking ride. Appears to be in good shape, and has low miles on her. Welcome to the hotair turbo buick world man! :)

thanks man :) that one is looking pretty good too.. what dp and up pipe is on it ? those arent stock. it looks like it needs a jy electric fan too :)

im not sure what kind it is but the DP is a 3" and supposedly the last of its kind...the up-pipe im not sure about...the owner now did not change b/c he didnt mention anything about it.....what about the electric fan? im still learning....i'm used to my 350 TPI

if its a 3" dp "the last of its kind" most likely a lee thompson one, cause he stopped for awhile.. until a buncha people here convinced him to make some more!

lee thompson dp's don't use the stock elbow/wastegate.it's probably one of trey crease'e 3" dp's.

*doh*

haha i didnt even think about that, youre prolly right. i guess it could also be the BGC piece? ive seen that up pipe somewhere before but no idea whos it is either.. did trey make up pipes too?

the bgc dp used it's own big elbow.hard to tell from that pic.from what i've heard trey made about a dozen 3" dp's and they're floating around.

Thats a really nice car, its got all the options that I would look for in an 84-85, good luck with getting into the 13s.

Very nice. VERRRY hard to find one with Leir Seigler seats still in that good of condition, try your best to keep them that way.
The 3" DP is probably the same one that I have. I got mine through Eastern Performance probably close to 4 years ago. I know they didnt make them though because it took them 8, I said 8 months to get it to me!! Its a 2-piece from a company that I was told stopped making them around the same time I got it. Dan Smith had told me who made it but I forgot. I posted a long time ago with the name, so maybe a search would bring it up. Unless it was posted back before the site crashed.
Good luck!

That would probably be an Action Fabrications 3" 2-piece DP...Which is what my TH prototype started out as...

I believe your right Jim. Action Fab sounds familiar. Ive always wanted to combine a TH DP and my Dp to get rid of the stock elbow. Just doesnt seem that easy to come across a used one though, and at a reasonable price.
