Axle Upgrade What to get?

I am thinking of upgrading my axles. What axles should I get and what are all of the parts needed? Where to buy them?

For $215 +$15 for studs plus shipping I bought Moser 28 spline axles from Gears R us. They are a direct replacement for the stock axles.

Wayne at gears R us even had the axles drilled for dual bolt pattern so I can convert to screw in studs at a later date, If I want.

What about C-Clip elims?

Don't do c-clip eliminators on a street car.

Why?

Because one or the other will always be leaking and screwing up your
ability to hold boost.

Been there............

If you want strong and trouble free do a 30 spline eaton posi and 30 spline axles
with standard c-clips (not eliminators).

For a mid 11 sec street car the 28 spline moser axles or equivalent are great.

Just for safety. I would rather not get them because they are prone to leaking. What do you recommend I get? Moser Axles, etc, etc.

if you want the best of all worlds, Moser makes a kit with F**d axles & bolt in ends.....eliminates the c-clips and doesn't leak...works great street or strip!

you'll need to have your axle tubes shortened and welded, but any competent chassis shop can do....costs about the same as c-clip elims
