Back fire after cone filter installed, why?

I installed a K&N filter, I did damage that air intake temp sensor. Now the car backfires once in a while. Well it backfires when I gun it.

check your coilpacks, I know it isn't related, but it is the most likely cause of backfiring.

Ya probably damaged the hose from the filter to the turbo...any air leaks will cuase inproper MAF readings..Even a pinhole

Get your scan tool out and check MAF readings..should be 6 at idle and 255 when in WOT
