Back from the past... What would you do?

Hi guys,
I just pulled my buick out of storage. I popped a head gasket 3 years ago and
stuffed it into a garage. If you were to redo this car with up to date combo's what would you do? FAST system is goin to get installed. I want a stock bottom end with maybe a girdle and Alcohol injection... i have a TE60 turbo on it and a can of 104 octane boost all ready to install. LOL Im so out of touch with these cars any guidance or input would be appreciated.. I want o go low 11's maybe hit a 10 once and a while on pump gas. The car will be a weekend crusier... Definitely alky injection. Turbo Tweak chip and Scanmaster.

Get a set of GN1 heads, roller cam, front mount intercooler,60 series bb turbo, down pipe and alky and you will be real close. Of course all the other supporting mods, which if the car was running 11.20's you have them already. If you are going to put the Fast system on, go with the biggest injector your fuel system will support.

Im probably going to stick with the stock computer for now.. just started working on it. $$$ is tight.

Ya gotta list EVERYthing you have currently done to your car now. So we see where we stand. Speed parts, suspension, everything.

For your goals, the stock ECM will be more than enough. There is no reason for a fast system unless deep in the 10's or faster. You can get to low 11's high 10's on a good chip and tunning.

So my question is what exactly are you wanting to do and what if anything is done to the car?

I ask this as what is done and what you have is as important as what you need.

Give us laundry list items already done and we can really help.

Thanks for your input, her is a List of Stuff:
Stock Block .030 over stock pistons.
Stock cam with t/a roller rockers
Iron ported Heads
Ported stock intake
Larger throttle body
50 lb injectors
T/E 60 turbo
Walbro pump hotwired and a second pump with a second line feeding the other side of the rail. dual sumps in the tank. (I was going to eliminate this)
Scanmaster.
I put a 35 shot on it 5 years ago and was messin around with it but im taking that off.
Stock headers , external wastegate, 3" downpipe, stainless ATR 3" exhaust.
90/10 shocks 50/50 on rear. car has a bar. southside lift bars, airbags. 2800 stall convertor.
e/t drags.
Last time the car ran was late 2004.
Alot of the stuff and technology is a decade old.
I have owned this car since 1989.
