after a few runs on the street a few nights before the track,
i had the car some what dialed in on the high octane in kill mode.

got to the track, borrowed some nittos and first run of the night
i ran a 13.1@102. this was in 75* weather. my 60 was 2.0.

i turned the boost up 1 psi but i guess it didnt help me any,
the next run i ran 13.1@102 with a 2.0 60 ft .

at least its consistant!!!!

any ways, its the fastest my car has ever been. last time at the track i was running 14.0s with one 13.7 run. this was with 2.0 60ft on regular street BFGs.

if i could hook a 1.8 it would defanitly be a 12.9 or faster car.

my MPH seemed a little low, im guessing because of the stock intercooler w/ the stock neck and the K&N filter on the end of the MAF was taking in the hot air from sitting in the staging lanes. also i think i was runing a little fat up top. either that or my boost was not going as high as it should.

i only remembered to glance at the gauge once, and even though i have tightened it alot since 18 PSI, it only seems to be spikeing to 21 and holding at like 19 .

next time i will have my direct scan up and running so i can fine tune. ill probably have my front mount intercooler on by the time i go next

Congrats. It's cool seeing Limiteds go fast. No one knows what they are.

I wouldn't be so quick blame your intercooler arrangement. There should be a lot left in the stock intercooler. I'd guess that if you think you're running fat then you probably are. Running rich will easily kill your power.

12s are just around the corner for you. Make sure you have DS hooked up next time so you know for sure what's going on.

You're heading in the right direction, faster, and I really like the Limiteds also  (I have an '85 N/A Limited). As mentioned, DS would really dial it in, especially with that Trans + and Extender (I run that on my GN). As reference, I can give you some Trans + settings for a 100 Xylene mix, although I run redstripes. I am running a stock turbo, and it appears you are also. See info at the end of this thread:
100 octane Trans + settings

If you have a dump on that dp, I did pick up 0.8 mph on a stock turbo car vs. running it through the Hooker 2.5". A taller tire, 28x9 MT Drag has helped me on launch also. If you want to lower your ET, you'll have to launch it hard by flashing the converter/mashing the gas, see my posts in thsi thread for a DR monster launch:
DR Monster Launch

I run stock intercoolers with the Dut neck, but really don't think they're entirely necessary with the stock turbo.

I also have a Limited, rosewood with the landau and power moonroof. It looks like something out of the retirement home parking lot! Best pass has been a 12.61 @ 108. Still stock turbo and IC. I've only had the car for less than a year and I can't believe how much fun I'm having with it.

My 3 year old loves that show too. I tend to do Patrick's voice alot.

My car is a rosewood Limited T-Type, with alot of options. Power everything including the moonroof. Everything works but the car is in need of some cosmetics. The paint is faded in spots and the landau is dry and cracked. I bought the car on eBay. I flew to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back to Pittsburgh. I was hooked. The car got 24 mpg and rode like a Cadillac. The guy I bought from used it as a daily driver, the car has 245K miles on it! I think he said the driveline has about 80K.

So far I have put a Walbro on it, an RJC plate, 009 injectors, adjustable regulator, Casper's TPS enhancer, ATR exhaust, a bigger downpipe that still uses the stock elbow, BFG drag radials, Moroso rear drag coils(excellent), scanmaster, and removed the front swaybar.

It's been down the track about 35 times. Best et was 12.61 at 108 with a best 60' of 1.79.

I dropped our digital camera this summer and haven't replaced it yet, so no pictures yet.

I'm hoping to use this year's tax return for a TA49 or maybe even a PT51.

Any other suggestions?

turbojimmy I agree on the no one knows what they are part. It is good to see more limiteds out there.
Hoping to run consistent mid 11's with setup. No times yet just got the car in May this year. Going with 210 roller cause #3 exhaust took a dump again.

i just put a front mount intercooler and a homemade big mouth style intake setup. runs good! cant wait to get her dialed in at the track now.

ill try to get some pics up soon. i polished the end tanks of the intercooler, so they have a chrome like finish and match the chrome trim of the limited
