bad injector ?

ok ive had a few issues with my car but my recent find is that the number 1 cylinder the plug is soaked all other cylinders plugs looked to be good the wire to that cylinder is firing i can spin engine over with all plugs out and there is alot more gas coming out of this cylinder than the rest i unplug the injector and nothing changes does this mean a bad injector

Could also be the harness is shorted and the inj is on as long as the key is on. Could also be some crud in the injector....
Check the harness w/ a noid. Noid lit as long as the key is on? Likely the harness.
Noid pulses as it should when cranking engine? Probably not the harness.
Look around the EGR and see if the harness is toasted.
